The Retreat at Conroe is not a smoke-free community. 

The Retreat at Conroe does not offer furnished apartments. 

The Retreat at Conroe does not offer valet trash service. 

The Retreat at Conroe does not offer dedicated package lockers. However, USPS parcels that fit within the community's parcel boxes will be delivered to the mail area for resident pickup.

The Retreat at Conroe primarily offers lease terms ranging from 12 to 15 months. Shorter lease terms may be available upon management approval and are subject to an additional short-term lease premium rate.

The Retreat at Conroe participates in a master liability coverage program that all residents are automatically enrolled in. We also encourage residents to obtain personal content coverage from a provider of your choosing. 

The Retreat at Conroe is located within the highly regarded Conroe Independent School District (Conroe ISD). Based on current zoning information, residents are served by Giesinger Elementary School, Peet Junior High School, and Conroe High School. School attendance boundaries are subject to change by the district, so prospective residents are encouraged to verify zoning directly with Conroe ISD for the most current information.

Leasing & Application Questions

Residents must make three (3) times the monthly rental amount. 

Yes, the property runs both a credit and criminal background check. A copy of the General Rental Requirements can be obtained from the leasing staff.

In addition to a completed Rental Application and signed General Rental Requirements, applicants must provide a government issued Photo ID & Proof of Income.

If all required documentation is provided upon applying, then it typically takes 72 hours.

Yes, guarantors are accepted in certain circumstances. 

Rent & Payments

You can pay rent through the LOFT Living mobile app, from the property website resident portal link, or directly to the leasing office.

ACH, personal check, money order, cashier's check and electronic money order.

Rent is due on the 1st and is considered late on the 4th. Late rent is subject to late fees on the 4th in accordance with the Lease Contract.

Residents are responsible for electricity, water, and internet.

Recurring online payments can be made at no cost. One-time online payments are subject to a $1.95 convenience fee, and electronic money-orders are subject to a $2.95 convenience fee.
